“I really feel like each class is tailor made, and each time I learn something new. Jen is brilliant at helping you to leave the judgement of “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” at the door! Encouraging you instead just to find what suits you and your body and move with ease.'.”

— Grace Bonner, Client

“The pace and structure of the classes are perfect and the focus on peace and openness are the best way to wind down after work and keep me positive and calm for the rest of the week. Jen is a wonderful and patient teacher and I highly recommend to all!”

ABOUT JEN

Hello I'm Jen! Yogi based in South West London, holding group, private and corporate classes-

Yoga Tonic for your mind, body & soul.

Through my classes I aim to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, hold space for you and guide you through improving your physical and mental strength, flexibility & balance by exploring flowing movement, breath work and guided meditation.

With a focus on mindfulness, each week there is a new Yoga Philosophy theme woven throughout each class to deepen your practice and help continue your Yoga off the mat. For me Yoga is an essential part of wellbeing and provides us with the time and space to have 'MEaningful TIME' where we connect to our true selves.

My training was based on the traditional Indian heritage at Himalaya Yoga Valley, I studied Hatha Yoga with Ashtanga alignment teaching under Yogacharya Lalit Kumar. I have also completed further training with Laura Green Yoga through CPD's of Yin Yoga and the Meridien lines. I draw inspiration from the primary series asana to build strength and balance; Yin yoga poses  and traditional pranayama to deepen the connection, and vinyasa flow sequences to enliven the body and quiet the mind.

“Jen is a wonderful teacher. Her challenging and peaceful classes have me coming back week on week. Her classes allow me to mentally and physically connect with myself and have some space away from work and family. It is an important part of my week for my mental health and my resilience.”

— Dina Silberman, Member

Jen’s sessions are so energising, she tailors movements for different abilities, giving clear guidance and tips, whilst focusing on movement that’s right for you! Jen guides breath work brilliantly, made me feel relaxed, calm and centred. So enjoyable, highly recommend!
