Jen and tonic yoga classes are just wonderful. Jen is so calm and encouraging, the perfect balance for when you want to be kind to yourself but also try something new. I leave the classes feeling relaxed and energised at the same time. I really feel like each class is tailor made, and each time I learn something new. Jen is brilliant at helping you to leave the judgement of “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” at the door! Encouraging you instead just to find what suits you and your body and move with ease.

I had never tried yoga before, but was keen to start. Jen was able to start teaching me the basics, and gradually build on that. She is very composed and gentle in her guidance. She explains things very clearly and her diction is good.
Simple breathing techniques were very useful to me as I suffer from asthma.
I also had issues with shoulder pain, following a fall and she chose certain exercises to concentrate on to help me ease this pain. It is certainly improving with regular repetition of the practices she has chosen for me.
She explains exactly how to get into the poses and was able to adjust my alignment.
I have really enjoyed our1-1 sessions, and also the zoom classes we do now.
Her calmness and consideration certainly seems to make me feel so much better by the end of a session.
