Yoga Tonic to balance your mind, body and soul.

Hello, I’m Jen!  A Yogi/Actress based in South West London. I moved here 6 years ago, after graduating from Drama School, which is when my Yoga journey began. I was struggling with my mind/body connection, resulting in many gut health issues and lack of self belief.


My Yoga practice turned this all around for me, and through my classes I want to help each and everyone of you tap into your true selves, free your mind and release your body. 


My classes focus on mindfulness, being kind to yourself and finding your truth. My training was based on the traditional Indian heritage at Himalaya Yoga Valley, I studied Hatha Yoga with Ashtanga alignment teaching. I draw inspiration from the primary series asana to build strength and balance; Yin yoga poses to deepen the connection, and vinyasa flow sequences to enliven the body and quiet the mind. With deep reverence to the yoga texts, I love bringing yoga philosophy to the forefront of my classes, and using pranayama, meditation and chanting, to give my students a full, in depth yoga practice.
