Jen and tonic yoga classes are just wonderful. Jen is so calm and encouraging, the perfect balance for when you want to be kind to yourself but also try something new. I leave the classes feeling relaxed and energised at the same time. I really feel like each class is tailor made, and each time I learn something new. Jen is brilliant at helping you to leave the judgement of “I’m not flexible enough for yoga” at the door! Encouraging you instead just to find what suits you and your body and move with ease.
