Our mindful movement yoga sequences release tension and create space in both your mind and body, connecting the two together, leaving you with energy and clarity to feel present throughout your day.
Our guided meditation enables you to tap into a place where you feel calm and centred and able to cope with whatever the day brings.

We use fun and freeing exercises to allow you to discover confidence through releasing your voice and capability through exploring your physicality. All to enable you to feel self assured in the work place, whether that's interacting with colleagues or clients or delivering a presentation. We provide you with the tools to deliver with confidence and ease, every time.

Bronwen is a professional Opera Singer, she founded her company Rogue Opera with a vision of bringing opera to new audiences and unconventional spaces. The company will be bringing 'Carmen' to Fullers pubs this Summer! Bronwen is a vocal health expert and knows exactly how to get you to use breathing and vocal techniques to find your voice!
Jen is a professional Actress, after training at a prestigious Drama School, she has had success with theatre jobs in both England and Italy. She is the founder of Jen and Tonic Yoga which brings a focus onto your mental well-being and she will get you feeling calm, centred and in control of your mind and body.
Together we make up Mind Body Voice Connection, combining our shared love of Yoga, Music and Acting to provide leading, unique, specialised workshops to bring connection, creativity and well-being into your workspace.
