Week 1- Release
Calm your mind and nervous system, through restorative poses,
balancing breathing techniques and grounding into the present moment, self love and kindness.
Week 2- Re-energise
Connect your mind and body as we flow through an energising sequence, to explore the freedom and creativity of your body, to bring clarity and focus to your mind, building resilience and strength.
Week 3- Relax
Learn soothing breathing techniques to improve your sleep. We will delve into Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to deeply relax and heal emotional stress.
Week 4- Revive
Experience how twisting postures, sound meditations and ancient Ayurvedic teachings can alleviate anxieties and contribute to whole body wellbeing.
I'll be with you the whole way!
